This Privacy Policy explains what information Unclogmind collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

• Contact and account details. Name, email address, and phone number if you create an account or join the launch list.
• WhatsApp contact. When you choose to message a Lister about a clothing item, that opens a chat directly between you and the Lister in WhatsApp. Unclogmind does not see or store that conversation, and your number becomes visible to the Lister the way it would in any WhatsApp chat you start yourself, not because we shared it.
• Emails you send us. If you contact support or join the launch list, we keep that message and your email address.
• Device and usage information. Basic technical information such as browser type, device, and how you use the site, which helps us fix problems and improve it.

Unclogmind does not process payment for clothing and does not collect your payment details; you arrange and pay for a clothing purchase directly with the Lister, outside this site.

2. How we use your information

• To run your account and the launch list, and respond to your questions.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and keep the site secure.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

3. How we share information

Unclogmind is a marketplace: clothing is listed by independent sellers ("Listers"), not by Unclogmind, and deals are agreed directly between you and the Lister over WhatsApp. We do not sell your personal information. We share the information we do hold only:

• With service providers who help us run the site, such as website hosting and email delivery, who may only use it to provide services to us.
• When required by law or a valid legal request.
• As part of a merger, sale, or transfer of the business, in which case we will tell you if your information is affected.

4. Cookies and affiliate links

We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand site traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Book listings on this site are affiliate links. When you click one, the retailer's affiliate program may place a cookie or similar tracker to record that the click came from Unclogmind, so we can earn a commission if you buy. Once you're on the retailer's site, their own privacy policy and cookies apply, not ours.

5. How long we keep information

We keep account information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We don't hold order or payment records for clothing purchases, since those happen directly between you and the Lister.

6. Your choices and rights

• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

Unclogmind is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or the relevant age in your region).
