How do I buy clothing?
Select an item and you'll be connected to the Lister on WhatsApp. You agree the price, payment, and delivery details directly with them there, that's where the sale actually happens, not on this site. Join the notify list and we'll email you once Listers are live.
Where do you ship?
Listers only ship clothing within Nigeria and across Africa, and we don't permit shipping outside Africa. Exact areas and delivery cost are whatever you agree with the Lister on WhatsApp. Books are bought through a retailer's own site, so their shipping options apply instead.
Who am I actually buying from?
Depends on what you're buying. Clothing is listed by an independent seller ("Lister") who pays to list on our site. When you buy, you deal and pay directly with that Lister over WhatsApp, not with Unclogmind. Books are affiliate links: clicking one takes you to a retailer's own site, and you buy directly from them, not from Unclogmind or a Lister. See our Terms of Service for the full picture.
Are the book links ads?
They're affiliate links. We pick books we think are worth reading, and if you buy one through our link, the retailer pays us a small commission. It costs you nothing extra, and it doesn't affect which books we choose to list.
How do I pay, and is it safe?
For clothing, you pay the Lister directly, however you both agree, Unclogmind never sees or holds that payment. Since we're not part of the transaction, take the normal precautions you would with any direct deal: confirm delivery details before paying in full, be wary of prices that seem too good to be true, and stop and contact us if anything feels off. For books, payment is handled entirely by the retailer's own site.
What's your returns policy?
For clothing: sales are final once shipped, except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was agreed. Raise it with the Lister directly. See our Terms of Service for details. For books, returns are handled by the retailer under their own policy, since the purchase happens on their site.
How do I get in touch?
For an issue with a clothing purchase, message the Lister on the same WhatsApp chat first. For anything else, email support@unclogmind.com and we'll get back to you.
